Xtrem Hess Racing Kennel’s XM Hoonigan has three victories, a second and a third in his last five outings (A, AA) for trainer Jill Spicer.

Steve Sarras Kennel’s Glasgow Kiss has back-to-back Grade AA wins for trainer Mike Holguin.

Charter Kennel’s JSP Feelthesting has two straight Grade AA victories for trainer James Campbell.

Wayne Ward Kennel’s WW Stillstanding has back-to-back wins (A, AA) for trainer Ron Otto.

Lester Raines Kennel’s RS’s Super Freak has two victories in a row (B, A) for trainer Joel Roden.

Blanchard Kennel’s Ark RB Big Ben has three straight wins (M, C, B) for trainer Chris Maynard.

I was introduced to greyhound racing by a friend in the late 1970s at Wheeling Downs and fell in love with the sport and the athletes immediately. Throughout the years, I have developed a deep passion for racing. In the mid 1990s, I started writing a weekly greyhound column and shortly thereafter became a writer for The Greyhound Review.
