Wheeling Hot Dogs (as November 28, all races 5/16 unless otherwise noted)

Charter Kennel’s Atta Boy Angus has five wins and four seconds in his last nine Grade TAA 3/16 races for trainer James Campbell. Kennel-mates Seven Summers has won three out of his last four Grade TAA 3/8 trips while Oshkosh Ogar has back-to-back 3/16 victories (TB, TA).

Lester Raines Kennel’s SNL Sir Liam has four wins and a second in his last five Grade AA outings for trainer Joel Roden. Kennel-mates RS’s Dark Night has two victories and a second in his last three Grade AA races while JS Atomic Dog has three wins and a second in his last four starts (B, A, AA).

Imark Kennel’s Kentucky DB has captured four out of his last five trips (M, D, C, B) for trainer DiAnn Derr.

I was introduced to greyhound racing by a friend in the late 1970s at Wheeling Downs and fell in love with the sport and the athletes immediately.
