During the week of Christmas, Wheeling Island will have a special live 20-race card on Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 22, with a 1 p.m. post time followed by the regular Wednesday matinee, Dec. 23, program at 1 p.m.

The racetrack will be closed for live racing on Christmas Eve, Thursday, Dec. 24, and Christmas Day, Friday, Dec. 25.

Live racing resumes on Saturday afternoon, Dec. 26, with a 1 p.m. post time.

Wheeling Island will have live racing programs on New Year’s Eve, Thursday, Dec. 31, and New Year’s Day, Friday, Jan. 1, both with a 1 p.m. post time.
