Lester Raines Kennel’s Atascocita Sig has captured six out of his last seven starts (SAA, AA) for trainer Joel Roden. Kennel-mates Craigiepridenjoy has won four out of his last five trips (C, B, A, AA) while SE’s Solid Cash (B, TAA 3/8) and Cayenne Coco (B, A) have back-to-back wins.
Valor Racing Kennel’s HS Ruby has captured five out of her last six Grade AA races for trainer James Roche. Kennel-mate Kay Sits Tall has two straight victories (A, AA).
Charter Kennel’s Jay Baby Octane has won three out of his last four Grade AA trips for trainer Dorothy Tober.
Wayne Ward Kennel’s WW’s Dot N Cross (TAA 3/8) and WW’s Shebejettin (B, A) have back-to-back wins for trainer Ron Otto.
Brad Boeckenstedt Kennel’s Boc’s Captnbling has two straight Grade TAA 3/16 victories for trainer Chris Brill.
Cardinal Kennel’s Skate Wingin has back-to-back wins (A, AA) for trainer Jerrod Varner.
Steve Sarras Kennel’s Coach Vogs has two victories in a row (B, A) for trainer Scott Purdy.

I was introduced to greyhound racing by a friend in the late 1970s at Wheeling Downs and fell in love with the sport and the athletes immediately. Throughout the years, I have developed a deep passion for racing. In the mid 1990s, I started writing a weekly greyhound column and shortly thereafter became a writer for The Greyhound Review.

I have enjoyed watching and writing about these wonderful competitors, including All-Americans DD's Nelson, Kiowa Sweet Trey, Gene's Champion, WW Apple Jax, Greys Royalcrown, Nimby TP Jan, Hi Noon Hero, Gable Sour Cream, KB's Ruckus and Cry Case.
