Blanchard Kennel’s HKF Friskyfranny has five wins and a second in her last six Grade TAA 3/8 races for trainer Sarah Blanchard.

Imark Kennel’s Imark Solo has won six out of his last seven Grade AA trips for trainer Diann Derr.

Brad Boeckenstedt Kennel’s BGR Big Al has four victories and three seconds in his last seven Grade AA starts for trainer Frank Pellittere. Kennel-mate BGR Clark Kent has captured three out of his last four outings (A, AA).

Lester Raines Kennel’s Rooftop Blondish has two wins and two seconds in her last five Grade AA races for trainer Joel Roden.

A Ray Kennel’s Mac’s Kaitlin has back-to-back 3/16 victories (TA, TAA) for trainer Joe Palmer.

Charter Kennel’s Oshkosh Dally has two straight wins (B, A) for trainer Kenneth Brotherton.

I was introduced to greyhound racing by a friend in the late 1970s at Wheeling Downs and fell in love with the sport and the athletes immediately. Throughout the years, I have developed a deep passion for racing. In the mid 1990s, I started writing a weekly greyhound column and shortly thereafter became a writer for The Greyhound Review.
