Brad Boeckenstedt Kennel’s BGR Big Al has six wins and two seconds in his last eight starts (B, A, AA) for trainer Frank Pellittere. Kennel-mate BGR Da Crazy One has two victories and two seconds in her last four Grade TAA 3/8 trips.

Imark Kennel’s Imark Solo has five straight victories (A, AA) for trainer Diann Derr.

Blanchard Kennel’s HKF Friskyfranny has four wins and a second in her last five Grade TAA 3/8 races for trainer Sarah Blanchard. Kennel-mates TW Tonka has three victories and a second in his last four races (C, B, A) while Easi Sophia has back-to-back wins (B, A).

Jacobs Racing Kennel’s Abbi’s Eagle has three victories and a second in his last four Grade AA outings for trainer Alisha Nichols. Kennel-mate Abbi’s Gusta Win has won three out of his last four Grade AA starts.

Lester Raines Kennel’s Craigie Pirate has three wins and a second in his last five Grade AA trips for trainer Joel Roden. Kennel-mates Craigie Deuce has captured three out of his last four races (A, AA) while Lotta Guts has three victories and a second in her last four starts (C, B, A).

Patriot/Taplin Kennel’s KB’s Hello Dolly has three wins and a second in her last four outings (B, A, AA) for trainer Joe Otto.

A Ray Kennel’s AMF Essentially has back-to-back victories (A, AA) for trainer Joe Palmer.

I was introduced to greyhound racing by a friend in the late 1970s at Wheeling Downs and fell in love with the sport and the athletes immediately. Throughout the years, I have developed a deep passion for racing. In the mid 1990s, I started writing a weekly greyhound column and shortly thereafter became a writer for The Greyhound Review.

I have enjoyed watching and writing about these wonderful competitors, including All-Americans DD's Nelson, Kiowa Sweet Trey, Gene's Champion, WW Apple Jax, Greys Royalcrown, Nimby TP Jan, Hi Noon Hero, Gable Sour Cream, KB's Ruckus and Cry Case.
