Steve Sarras Kennel’s CET Godiva tops all qualifiers for the Saturday afternoon, Nov. 28, final of the $65,000 West Virginia Greyhound Owners and Breeders Association Panhandle Championship (5/16th) at Wheeling Island.

CET Godiva posted her third consecutive victory Sunday afternoon in the semifinal round, bumping her point total to 45. The sprinter was the only greyhound to make it through the early rounds undefeated.

Completing the championship final field are CET Dirty Dan (Steve Sarras Kennel), 37 points; RS Perfectionist (Lester Raines Kennel), 32 points; CET Pistol Pete (Steve Sarras Kennel), 30 points; RS’s Kingofkings (Lester Raines Kennel), 27 points; Rico’s Dreamer (A Ray Kennel), 25 points; Go On Horse (Abrahamson Kennel) and CG’s Penny Shoe (Abrahamson Kennel), 24 points each.

Post positions for the final will be drawn Wednesday.

In addition to CET Godiva, recording semifinal round wins Sunday were Lester Raines Kennel’s RS Perfectionist and Steve Sarras Kennel’s CET Dirty Dan.
