Much credit for the huge success of the sale goes to Wendy Brotherton (for offering the services of GlobalGreyhounds for the sale itself), as well as promoters Bob Crossland and Lee Harrington. Credit goes also to all those who participated, whether as consignors or purchasers.
FGA continues to battle for the preservation of live greyhound racing in the Sunshine State. The next few months will see key battles in the Florida legislature over issues that will have great bearing on the men and women in greyhound racing, both in Florida and nationwide.
